Everyone needs cake! I just hope they taste as nice as they looked on the website. :o)

I can't take any credit for this at all, though, you know - it was entirely Dave's idea and he managed the whole thing as well. I just wholeheartedly agreed with the concept - who knew a simple Google search would turn up a woman who does mail orders of vegan cake and lives within a couple of miles of us?
