Yeah, I thought for a while it was flu, but I think it was just a really nasty cold with extra fun fluey symptoms. Yay \o/ It does seem like virtually everyone was ill one way or another :(
Ah, the flooded kitchen. I think you missed this post (http://prunesquallormd.livejournal.com/62247.html). It turns out that a badly fitted seal under the sink chose Christmas to finally give out. Fortunately, the kitchen slopes very slightly into the sink corner, so the water was nicely contained and didn't flood the rest of the ground floor. It just drained in the foundations! How lucky is that?
I do occasionally write things that aren't porn! :p I'm trying to work on my dedication at the moment. I'm not sure I'm ready to show people IRL yet. Right now, I'm enjoying writing fanfic for its own sake. Maybe I'll write something original one day. We'll see :)
When you do you can come help the rest of us ;-). Actually I'm really starting to think that there's pretty much a points system for life where there are a number of things that people should try and achieve while they can. None of the people I know are doing very well - *laughs*. LOL Yeah, you'll know as soon as I do :D I think you may be right. And no, I'm not doing that well either :/ Oh well!
Plenty more choice if you MOVE TO LONDON - just saying :-). That's true! I still need to know what it is I actually want to do first, though :( Grrr, if only I had a burning ambition. (I've always thought international hitman would be worth a try :D )
