Oh Liverpool, city of shell suits and car thieves.
Not true of course, but that doesn't change the fact that my car was stolen last night. It's probably burnt out somewhere even as I type this.
Annoying and extremely inconvenient. But such is life.
Looks like I'll be hiring a car for next weekend ...

I hope so...
Although the thing was probably only worth about £500. But then I only paid 8 for it about 18 months. It was a good little car though - it probably would have lasted a couple more years at least :(

On the bright side, if you've reported it missing, there's a tolerable chance it'll turn up reasonably unscathed after the little brats get bored with their TWOCking.

And another annoying thing. I found my copy of The Sisterhood's 'Gift' (with Floor Show and Reptile House on the other side) in the glove compartment a few days ago (it must have found its way in there when I moved house). I just never got around to bringing it into the house... But I've been meaning to get proper copies anyway.
I'm most annoyed that, if it doesn't turn up, on top of house hunting, I now have car hunting. Two of my least favourite things. Ho hum.
It turns out that Cosi doesn't mind driving, so the weekend is very much go. Not sure of exact details yet - will let you know as soon as poss.
