prunesquallormdSyrio Forel is my favourite minor character in A Game of Thrones, and he's responsible for probably my favourite quote in the book. And, well, it seems rather appropriate for Halloween.
He only had a couple of scenes but he was all sorts of fab, even if he was a totally stereotypical Italian Swordmaster-type. Nowt wrong with the odd stereotype now and then :). I'm hoping beyond hope that he survived because it would be fab to see him again.
